Ed runs ZONE day-to-day. He spent the past decade in enterprise technology sales, where he learned that great operations come from a clear product and people who care about it. He's a Level 2 Rugby Coach with a local Marin club team and brings the same principles to ZONE — show up, do the work, do it well.

Maggie leads ZONE's finances and long-term planning. She's a Principal at a top-tier private equity firm, where she's spent nearly a decade evaluating and scaling growth-stage companies. She brings that same discipline to ZONE — quietly, in the background, making sure the studio runs the way a thoughtful business should. She's also a committed strength training advocate.
