Privacy Policy.

The founding waitlist form collects your first name, last name, and email address. The request also includes a hidden field that catches automated signups. If that field is filled in, we drop the signup and do not store it. We do not store which part of the site you used to join.

We save your name and email with our database provider, Airtable, along with an internal label that the signup is new. Our email provider, Resend, sends you a confirmation and sends our team a notice at hello@zonemarin.com with your name and email. The confirmation includes a personal link to the survey.

The survey collects class-time preferences, including a time you add, how many days a week you want to train, goals, your current routine, what matters most in a group class, training experience, whether you would bring a friend, your ZIP code, and how you heard about ZONE. If you choose Other, a short note is required. A personal survey link matches those answers to the email on your waitlist signup. Another survey link can fill in that email for you, and you can change it. Without a link, you enter an email so we can make the same match. If that email is not on the waitlist, we still save your survey answers and the email you entered. We save the answers in Airtable, with the time you submitted them. The referral source is saved with those answers, along with the note if you chose Other. When your email matches a waitlist signup, we also save the ZIP code and the referral source on that signup. If there is no matching signup, we do not keep the ZIP code.

The careers form, if you choose to apply, collects the role, your first and last name, and your email. You can also add a phone number, a short message, and a resume file. Those go to Airtable and to hello@zonemarin.com by email. A link in your message may be saved with the application. We use the IP address only in memory, and only briefly, to slow repeated submissions. We do not save it with the application.

The site is hosted by Vercel. The host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. The site code does not add an analytics product.

The schedule page loads class booking and member registration from Mindbody. Information you enter there, including your name, email, and the class you book, goes to Mindbody. Mindbody may set cookies to keep you signed in and to run booking, and its booking script may load its own measurement tools. ZONE does not add a separate analytics product.

The opening screen stores a flag in your browser's session storage so it plays once per visit. That flag stays on your device, ends when the browser session ends, and is not sent to us.

We use waitlist details to hold your place, send launch updates, and send the confirmation email. Joining means you agree to receive those updates.

We use survey answers to plan the schedule. We use ZIP code and referral source to see where interest is coming from.

We use application details to review a role and reply to you. We use host logs to run and secure the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

We share it only with service providers that process it for us: Vercel (hosting), Airtable (waitlist, survey, and application records), Resend (email), and Mindbody (class booking and member registration). They use it to provide those services.

We keep waitlist, survey, and application records until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the waitlist, the schedule, launch updates, or hiring. Server logs follow the host's own schedule. The splash-screen flag ends with your browser session.

Email hello@zonemarin.com to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours.

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. Use the email above to make a request. We will not treat you differently for asking.

CalOPPA. This policy is posted on the site. It names the information we collect and how we use it. The Do Not Track statement is below. The effective date is at the top. You can reach us at hello@zonemarin.com. If we change this policy, we update this page, as described under Changes.

Do Not Track. ZONE does not add its own analytics. The schedule page loads Mindbody for booking and registration, and Mindbody follows its own policy, including any measurement tools its script loads. We do not look for a Do Not Track signal, and we do not change the site when one is present.

The site code does not set advertising cookies or analytics cookies, and it does not use cookies to recognize you on a later visit. The schedule page loads Mindbody, and Mindbody may set its own cookies for sign-in and booking. The splash screen uses session storage, described above, which is not a cookie.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, email hello@zonemarin.com and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date. If a change materially affects waitlist members, we will also email the list.
