General Manager / Head Coach.

Full-time. $65,000 to $80,000 base, plus revenue share. Starts late 2026.

You coach every week and you run the studio: sales, retention, the room, and the schedule.

Minimums

  • NASM, NSCA-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, ACE, or ACSM, or certification within 90 days. We cover the cost.
  • Current CPR and AED.
  • Group fitness or strength coaching, plus studio operations.
  • Comfortable with membership sales.
  • Eligible to work in the US. Background check.

What you get

  • $65,000 to $80,000 base, plus revenue share.
  • Free membership for you and one member of your household.
  • W-2 employment. Continuing education budget.

Part-Time Coach.

Part-time. $30 to $40 an hour, plus revenue share. Starts late 2026.

Lead 50-minute classes. Four ZONEs, six members per station. You demo, cue, and modify.

Minimums

  • NASM, NSCA-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, ACE, or ACSM, or certification within 90 days. We cover the cost.
  • Current CPR and AED.
  • Group fitness or strength coaching.
  • You can coach six members per station.
  • Eligible to work in the US. Background check.

What you get

  • $30 to $40 an hour, plus revenue share.
  • Free membership for you and one member of your household.
  • W-2 employment. Continuing education stipend after 6 months.
